Topic of today: MY FAVOURITE PERFUMES!
I will be reviewing and reminiscing about my fave scents. Be prepared guys, you wont be able to shut me up!
D&G LIGHT BLUE
Its absolutely beautiful! Its sort of soft citrusy blended with a combination of jasmine, musk and freesia. If you have not tried, I highly recommend it. PLUS, I hate perfume in small bottles. I never buy 30ml, it always has to be 100ml, sometimes 50ml. The more the better; by that I don't mean go bathe yourself in it.
I mean I am more comfortable buying big bottles as I have a fear of things running out. Yeah, told ya.... I wont shuttup and I shall ramble!!
GIORGIO ARMANI REMIX
Crisp fruity scents meets floral. YUM!! Armani City Glam is just as lush, but I LOVE Remix more. This is ALWAYS in my handbag and I'm always getting asked which perfume I am wearing.
There isn't an Armani scent that I don't like. This is my #2
DIOR ~ MISS DIOR CHERIE
My scent of 2009. Brings back a lot of memories. ALL of them good :) It has a citrussy freshness wrapped up in fruity notes. I really don't know how to describe this scent. Just go to your nearest Boots and splash some on, if you haven't already.
Currently, my #3
YSL ELLE
Elle is what YSL is all about! I love the smell, I love the colour and the design of the bottle. It has very fresh, floral and musky tones and a must have for ALL women!
My #4!
MARCJ JACOBS: LOLA
I recently reviewed the new scent by Marc Jacobs (Eau So Fresh). The bottle to that is very lovely, however the design to this scent it just as beautiful as the smell itself. Lola is one of Marc Jacobs best selling perfume, the price tag can be a bit deep, unless there is a sale on that I don't know about "/ LOVE this scent!
My #5
MOSCHINO: COUTURE!
I have a bit of a collection of Moschino perfumes. This is my favourite one out of them all. Couture has a blend of smells: vanilla, bergamot, mandarin, cedar wood. It may not be to everyone's taste, but it is another scent that has musky overtones.
Love it :)
My #6
Another bottle shape that I just love.
It has top notes of orange flower, mandarin, lily, gardenia and bergamot. Y'all probably think I'm just nuts about florals and fruity scents, really, I'm not. Each scent in my list has a very individual smell, regardless of the product description!
Lucky #7
KENZO: FLOWER
Again with the flowers!! Yeah, yeah, yeah..... Fresh, floral notes.
Say no more!
My #8
LACOSTE: POUR FEMME
The only Lacoste perfume that I do NOT own is Lacoste Love of Pink. I really do wonder why.... This scent has more sensual notes of hibiscus, jasmine and cedar wood. I class this as a classic Lacoste scent.
My #9
ISSEY MIYAKE: L'EAU D'ISSEY
This is a very feminine scent. One thing I love about it is the wide range of base notes it gives off. It has a combination of freesias, Lilllie's, carnations etc.
The design of the bottle is adorable!
I also really like the men's version!
My last and final #10
Hope some of these scents have inspired you to be brave and try some new smells out!
More updates and reviews soon.
